Product Owner Low & Pro code Hyper Automation
We are looking for a great Product Owner for one of our young, international and energetic teams of process automation experts. What you are going to do
- You drive stakeholder alignment and value realization across NN Group’s business units, ensuring solutions truly improve processes, unlock efficiency and deliver measurable business value
- You own and maintain the integrated Hyper Automation product vision and roadmap across pro‑code (Power Platform), analytical automation (Alteryx), orchestrated workflows (ServiceNow) and pro‑code capabilities
- You drive outcome-based prioritization and help the team measure success through clear and meaningful metrics
- Safeguard platform governance, quality, security and lifecycle management, ensuring automations are reliable, compliant and supported

- Salary between €4,827 and €6,895 depending on your knowledge and experience, based on 36 hours per week, it’s also possible to work 38 or 40 hours per week

Who you are
- You have experience in product ownership and/or intelligent automation, and you love shaping digital products that deliver real business value
- You speak up your mind, you are proactive, analytical and a natural self‑starter
- You bring a background in Information Management, Finance, Computer Science or a similar field, combined with hands‑on affinity for automation and modern tooling
- You feel at home in a multi‑tech environment (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, Alteryx, scripting/pro‑code) and you’re eager to step up your game as the Hyper Automation domain evolves
- You team up easily with different cultures and stakeholders, collaborate naturally, and thrive in an environment where ownership and continuous improvement are key
As a Product Owner in the Hyper Automation domain, your personal qualities will play a decisive role.
Who you will work with
With your team, you are part of the Hyper Automation domain in NN’s Group IT. Your empowered product team consists of a great mix of people from different nationalities that are working in an agile way to service our colleagues across NN Group. We believe that our connection we have is more than just the day in the (real and virtual) office so we also spend time on outside work activities with each other.
